Josiah was fantastic. Our experience so far has been phenomenal and highly recommend Carmax if you find a good deal. Quick update as of 4/17/25. Jay and Jorge from service who help take care of some annoying issues that even Land Rover couldn’t or wouldn’t fix. Jay worked so hard to advocate for me with Land Rover and he and his mechanic even found a solution to an annoying door sweep/noise that Land Rover said they couldn’t fix. I have dealt with high end cars including G Wagon, Bentley Bentayga, and Masarati, and I can say Carmax (Jorge and especially Jay) did better than all of them in every way. They were super professional, caring (extra caring and emphatic), and relentless in their support.

Buying my car at CarMax was a great experience. The salesman, Josiah, was very professional. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure all my questions were answered. I am planning to buy another car, this time for my son, and will definitely ask for him to be my salesman again.

Fantastic experience selling my car. They provide a fair price quote online. I showed up and walked out with a check in an hour. They honored the online price without haggling or finding silly reasons to reduce it. Smooth. Efficient. Honest. Good job CarMax - 10x better experience than any traditional dealership.

While he was buying his car I was able to look around and found this Honda CRV. It’s a great looking car with low miles. Kevin even put brand new tires on it for me which I’m also very thankful for. I’m so fortunate that Kevin wanted to see me behind the wheel of this beautiful car and for helping me buy it.
