We started our new apartment tour in November 2025 and Lance hosted us for a trip. He gave us a very detailed introduction to the available apartments and gave us very careful, very detailed instructions on which apartment might be under our budget and how to easily get access to the apartment we want to tour. We finally made the decision early in January this year, and Lance was very helpful. We communicated a lot over email, and we always got a timely response. We got a lot of useful information, and even after the tour he gave us very detailed information about what he introduced that day. Now we have moved to our new apartment for four months already. We love this place. The maintenance team is fast. Every time I report an issue, they came to our apartment and fixed it the following day. This community invite some food trucks to park in front of leasing office almost everyday; some truck like Sam's Chowder and some lobster rolls are definitely our favorite ones. They also have the tennis court appointment system. It's very convenient and easy to book the tennis court; you just need to be fast sometimes. The overall environment is very nice. I like all the trees and blossoms from spring to summer now. I just kept seeing different blossoms over the past months. It was a pleasant experience living here. last but not least, I just want to mention because they have a lot of trees here, there is a lot of tree pollen. During February until mid-March or even until April, our patio has a layer of green pollen on the floor. Just be careful if you are allergic to tree pollen

I was originally drawn to Elan at River Oaks by the stellar Google reviews, and after visiting, I can see why. The estate feels incredibly safe and peaceful—there’s a serene vibe with the pond, ducks, and squirrels that makes it feel like a retreat. The gated parking and well-kept amenities were a huge plus for me, and the rooms are very well-priced for the quality you get. I have to give a huge shoutout to my leasing agent, Lance. I’d heard he was a standout, and meeting him in person reinforced all the positive Google reviews I've read. He was approachable, and listened to my requirements and provided genuine unit suggestions. It was the combination of the beautiful grounds and the confidence Lance gave me in the management team that led me to apply for a unit I hadn't even viewed yet (due to availability). Also, a quick word on the maintenance team: they are lightning-fast. I reported a faulty plug, and it was fixed within 3 days. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home and has a management team that actually cares, start here!.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with German on a few different maintenance issues in our apartment, and he’s been incredibly helpful every time—even once late at night. He always takes the time to clearly explain what went wrong and how to prevent similar issues in the future. He’s not only knowledgeable, but also warm, respectful, and approachable. He never makes you feel embarrassed for asking questions or not knowing something, and he even offers multiple solutions depending on timing and personal preference. Truly one of the best parts of living here. 5 stars all around.
