He just popped by to fix the oven and went above and beyond to help with random questions I had and even went out of his way to bring new blinds after i mentioned i would put a request in for them. i truly appreciate the care and professionalism he brings.

I’ve moved into Avalon Willow Glen not long ago and I have to really praise Isaias in the office for all of his knowledge. He made my move-in process easy to understand and answered all my random questions throughout my transition. I transferred from another location and he was so knowledgeable. He broke down each step that I needed to complete for my move with confidence. Moving can be overwhelming and he did his best to ease that. I really appreciate the Hanover staff, especially Chelis, for their incredible support. On the first day I moved in, I realized the room might not be the right fit for me. I reached out to Chelis, and he was kind, patient, and quick to help me with a room transfer. Thanks to his support, I’m now in a space I really enjoy. He’s always welcoming, with a smile on his face, and truly listens to residents' concerns and resolve the problems.
