I had a great shopping experience here thanks to jewelry consultant Angelica Vargas! I’m a returning customer at this location and love the selection that they have here. A beautiful bracelet caught my eye here and Angelica went above and beyond showing me all the possible variations of it and making sure I got the best pricing for it. I appreciate all her efforts without any pressure sales tactics. She was very friendly and I’ll be returning hopefully soon to purchase other pieces with her help! Thank you!

Been purchasing with this villiani jewelrs location for about 10yrs now and so far no complaints or issues.. All fine diamonds and gold pieces along with nice watches I’ve collected through them.. I highly recommend there services if haven’t gone yet!..

My fiancé and I worked with Ly, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. Her expertise in diamonds and the ring-making process made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Ly was attentive to every detail and provided thoughtful recommendations to ensure the ring would last a lifetime. I absolutely love my ring and have received countless compliments on it! A huge thank you to Ly and her team for bringing my dream ring to life.

Amazing family run jewellery shop! I visited 5 other local jeweller shops in South Bay and ended up choosing Or Diamond because their service and craftsmanship is top tier. Or Diamond is the only one that does everything in store. Ly and her family are so friendly and patient. I asked a million questions and visited the shop three times before finally committing to a ring. Not once did I feel pressured into buying anything. Anytime I messaged, I received a quick response and clear communication. My fiancé and I had a great time working with Or Diamond to create our custom bespoke ring. It turned out beautiful!!
