MANCINI'S SLEEPWORLD SAN JOSE REVIEWS

Robert Gonzales was awesome! He was very patient, I had kids with me, and answered all my questions. I came back after a couple of days to purchase two mattresses and the service was just as great.We looked at all styles and we never felt rushed. We were treated to some water and treats, and smiles. I will definitely return to buy my other two matresses here. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We went there to look at a model and try it out in person. Richard greeted us and was very helpful regarding explanation of various models and bases. The purchasing process was smooth as well with no interest financing available. I recommend Mancini's on Blossom Hill road if you live in the area and are looking to buy a new mattress. They also carry models of almost all major and famous mattress brands.

Ruben was extremely helpful during the selection process. He knows the various manufacturers and their strengths and weaknesses. There was no pressure, just information and suggestions. I would recommend Mancini's and Ruben if you are looking for a new mattress.

First time at mattress firm and i gotta say experience was 10 out of 10 . Carlos was a great help really patient and knew alot of information on the beds , ! he really did make sure we were the most comfortable and made sure we were sure and happy on which bed me and my husband were buying i recommend coming to this place Thank you ! carlos this was a great experience ! will go back again soon and refer friends and family thanks.

Paul was awesome!Amazing! Since the moment I called he was extremely helpful on the phone. When I went into the store his personality was cheerful and helpful! The process was so smooth and simple. Thank you Paul for all your hard work and great customer service.

Had a great experience both over the phone and in store at the Santana Row store. I called early on a Monday morning to ask the professionals how to care for my Casper pillow. Tony who answered the call before opening was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was so kind and helpful we brought our mom in to buy a mattress a few days later. Sarai and Tony helped her and Tony even spoke to my mom in her native language to make her feel more comfortable and at ease. He had no idea he was the one who helped me on the phone days earlier, and the customer service was just as excellent in person. Thank you.

Sameer helped me pick out a mattress for my move, and was incredibly helpful. I was in between two mattresses and ultimately went with the dream with his expertise. He also helped me pick out pillows as a side sleeper. Highly recommend coming to Casper and asking Sameer for help!
