I cannot thank A cheap Tow enough! Russel is very quick to head over to wherever you’re at and update you on traffic or weather conditions. His customer service values are great and is such a nice guy, who makes a stressful situation better! We needed a tow from Gilroy to Hayward and without hesitation he quoted us, and had no problem to adjust to some drop off instructions we had last minute. My boyfriend and I will not go to anyone else for towing as long as this business remains. We recommend to everyone. Thanks again, Russel!

Locked out of my car in Blossom Valley, I called B.B Auto & Tow. They arrived quickly and unlocked my car with ease. Their car door unlocking service was excellent!

Cannot say enough good things about First Call Towing. Rovy was everything you could hope a tow truck driver to be - responsive, efficient, timely, cautious, honest, and nice! He was very cordial and professional and asked questions to ensure he understood my needs. He quickly provided me an extremely reasonable quote over the phone. I texted him confirming the address for pickup and drop off and he arrived promptly. Drop off was as seamless as pickup. Wasn't even done with our transaction before I saved First Call in my phone! Will definitely be calling you again, Rovy! Thank you!!!

Car troubles are never fun. I had to have my Jeep grand Cherokee towed from an auto repair shop to the dealership due to the shop's unknown inability to make the repair on my car. I called First Call Towing and he told me he would be available in one hour. Exactly one hour later on the dot, Rovy came and picked me and my Jeep up. From the beginning, Rovy was very honest and even gave advise on how to proceed with my car issues at the dealership and other auto shops. Throughout the 30 minute car ride, Rovy was very kind and a pleasure to talk to. I really appreciated that he was promptly on time for pickup also. First call towing truly cares about the customer experience. Thank you! I really recommend Rovy and his company for all your car rescue needs!
