It is with extreme pleasure that I HIGHLY recommend Robert and Teresa at the San Jose Window Shade Co. for ALL of your window treatments! The showroom is a must see and the VERY best, beyond compare!!! Robert gave attention to every detail from start to finish. I ordered the lovely & exclusively patented Hunter-Douglas Duolite shades. There is absolutely no comparison in the QUALITY between Hunter-Douglas and those other shades displayed in home improvement stores and other stores throughout the area. At first, I ordered shades and blinds for half of my home. Then, I was so impressed that within 2 months I became a repeat customer and ordered more for the rest of my home. During all this time, I only experienced honesty, unbeatable business etiquette, integrity, along with the very best customer service from Robert & Teresa. Never at any time did I feel pressured. Maurice, the installer, was also very professional and fantastically efficient. WOW! Maurice truly has impeccable workmanship!!! A B-I-G thank you to Robert, Teresa and Maurice who made the entire experience worthwhile.

Yes we always start by saying "I usually don't write reviews, but . . . " But let me tell you, if you want a knowledgeable experience shade retailer that is going to listen to you and offer several options please call and give them your business. I called needing help with a shade for an oversized skylight and was so impressed by the attention to detail and transparent quote I received for a high end name brand product.

Recently bought Hunter Douglas shades for my daughter's bedroom. Everyone was really nice, no pressure sales, efficient measuring, and install. We're very happy with the end result.

BLOOMIN' BLINDS OF SAN JOSE REVIEWS

I had two 3” blinds (7 years old), that broke their tilt mechanism. 3” blinds are no longer a thing, so I can’t just replace them, they have to be repaired. I was SO happy to find a company nearby that came out (for a service fee of $59) to fix them (you can schedule a drop off too for free). They did have to special order my part, but kept me informed on the progress. Excellent communication, Evaristo kept me informed on arrival time and order progress. Their work is also guaranteed for a year. I hope none of my blinds break again, but if they do I know where to go.

Great service, came out to our home and repaired our blinds in record time. Very friendly and helpful, arrived on time and easy to get appointment. I would highly recommend and will use in the future.

Evaristo was very helpful and was able to fix the broken cord on my custom arch cellular shade. He also provided information on what to do in case it breaks again.

Stoneside Blinds is totally awesome. They are quick to get products to their customers, and both sales associates (Anna) and installer (Edgardo) were fantastic. They really know what they are doing and are very helpful. Edgardo knows what he is doing and got the job done fast. He also made sure he cleaned up when he finished installation. This place is highly recommended for window coverings.

Hired Stoneside to install roller shades in a commercial space and their customer service was great. Anna, Carlos, and Edgardo were all super friendly and accommodating. There was a back order on our product, but the team was great on providing us with updates and solutions. Thankful for their service and product.
