Staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate that even when I go in for just an oil change they give the whole car a once over. Fair pricing. They always work to get things done as soon as possible. There is a nice area to wait with couches, chairs, TV, coffee and snacks. There is even a nice children's playroom. It took me a while to find a trustworthy place to bring my Honda, I don't plan to go anywhere else again.

I've taken my cars to a dealer for service for years. Then, the latest dealer service center lost my trust, so I looked for an alternative and found Creech. I took my car there a week ago for some basic service (oil change, brakes), and feel good again about a car service shop. Good and transparent communication and fair pricing. I'll be back.

The crew at CREECH Import Repairs did a great job to help me get my car fixed. The AC was replaced and a belt . They took time to listen to my concerns and diagnose them. The car was dropped off as they were very flexible and accommodating and they put a lot of attention into letting me know the progress/updates by calling to talk with me.
