Meineke Car Care Center

I had a problem with my TPMS sensor, brought my car to Meineke Millbrook Raleigh and they did a great job fixing it. They took the time to explain what was causing the problem. The staff are very accommodating, from the manager to the mechanics. I would definitely consider doing other car services with them. I'd give them 5 out of 5 stars!

I've been meaning to leave a review for a while but this place is awesome - especially Rob at the front desk! We moved to the area early 2023 and this has been my go-to place ever since. They are up-front, transparent, accommodating, and super professional/polite. 5 stars alone for great customer service. This is the first car place I've ever gone where I felt important, prioritized, and welcomed. I don't ever leave reviews anywhere but I really just want to take the time to highlight a great place and great people. Thanks guys.

Easy to make the appointment online. Wonderful service...listened to what I needed and clearly explained the services they performed. Went over and above without charging extra. And it was all done quickly and efficiently!! I'll be back!
