Heating element fried on our ten year old Maytag dryer. Eli arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He cleaned the lint out in the dryer and ordered the correct part and returned a week later (today) right on time and completed the repair in minutes. My wife is happy to have her dryer back. I’m happy the repair went well and was affordable without any hiccups. These guys are great and very professional. It was a great repair.

Michael did a thorough job of servicing our freezer. He was courteous and professional. His work likely bought us a couple years before we need to replace it. Very responsive company, very good work!!

Our technician was fantastic and explained what he was doing in real time and even cleaned my fridge when he was done.

Best appliance repair service I’ve ever used! Vladimir and Tim were extremely professional while fixing my refrigerator, so I gladly left them a $20 tip. The dispatchers were polite and friendly and managed to schedule my appointment for the same day. Thank you so much!

Tim is excellent! Tried to figure out the least expensive way to fix the refrigerator. Purchasing an annual service plan was the best way to go.

AAA Appliance Repair was fantastic from start to finish. They provided upfront pricing with no surprise fees or extra charges, which I really appreciated. We originally planned to repair the dishwasher ourselves, but the part wouldn’t have arrived for 4–5 days. AAA came out the very next day after I called—and they already had the part on hand. Even better, the price of the part was comparable to what we would have paid ourselves. The repair was completed without removing the dishwasher, and the technician went above and beyond by noticing that it wasn’t level and leveling it for us—something we had no idea was an issue. Now not only does the dishwasher no longer leak (the original problem), but it’s also quieter and much easier to open and close. Their 90-day warranty gives me real peace of mind. With appliances becoming more expensive and less reliable, it’s reassuring to have a company I trust. I will absolutely be using AAA Appliance Repair again for any future appliance needs.
