Jared was very patient with us after we changed our minds over and over while we decided on the color of our floor. We never felt rushed and Jared truly cared about us making a decision we would be happy with for years to come. I love my new carpet! From choosing the carpet in the Showroom, Trisha my salesperson was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me pick the right carpet. Blake came to measure my rooms and helped me pick my final color. He too was very nice, helpful, and professional. Amil and Dion showed up on time on installation day, very efficient, quick and did a great job. . . and wore their masks the entire time! Overall my experience in working with everyone at American Floor & Home was awesome. I am very happy with my new plush carpet and the overall process. Thank you all!!!

We had consulted with Sara from American Carpet to what's the best carpet for us. She was very thorough and helpful. She even called to see if we were satisfied with Alan and Nolan (installers) n the carpet. Alan and Nolan were on time which is very important to me and finished their job sooner than I had expected. And more importantly, beautifully done. Highly recommended!!
