Carrie at Bougainville Flooring was very helpful and patient as she helped us make tile selections for our showers and our kitchen’s backsplash. She also guided us in selecting grouts for the tiles. The grout in the kitchen is especially interesting as it has a slight sparkle. Carrie has a good sense of color. Thank you Carrie for helping us with our recent renovation. You were so fun to work with.

Our experience at The flooring store could not have been better. Carrie went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time with us to insure we got the perfect floor tile for our remodel. I’ve used the store before to buy flooring but Carrie made all the difference.
