Yesterday, my girlfriends and I had an hour to kill before taking a train... so we decided to stop into the La-Z-Boy Gallery on Santa Rosa Ave... as we walked across the parking lot...I said..."don't worry...I'm just looking...I'm not going to buy anything". I have been wanting to get a La-Z-Boy for more than 2 years. I miss the chair I used to have...so I thought I ...let me look. This store...company...location...gallery... is EXCEPTIONAL! First, the selection is extensive and offers a wide choice of fabric and style. Then I met Gentry...and one of my friends worked with Katherine...who knows design! Bottom line... I purchased the La-Z-Boy of my dreams... and a side table that is PERFECT! Then, Gentry told me I was getting 20% off the chair...and table! I am thrilled! Can't wait for delivery! Oh...and Katherine helped me find the perfect throw... 15% off that as well. This is a great sale...at an exceptional La-Z-Boy Gallery with excellent staff. I highly recommend the Santa Rosa location.

My husband and I were looking to redo our living room so we stopped in and were helped by Patti. She was super helpful and sent us home with color swatches to see what would be best with our home aesthetic. Once we decided what set we loved we placed our order and couldn’t wait for our custom pieces to come! They were recently delivered and we coupon be happier. So comfy and they look amazing in our space! Thank you so much Patti for not only a wonderful buying experience but your friendly service all the way through delivery.

We chose 2 recliners and after we took them home and sat in them for an hour, we knew they were not for us so the next day we called Ashley, who helped us buy the recliners, and told her we wanted to bring them back and choose something else. The whole staff was so helpful, professional and friendly that we couldn't have had a smoother transition. Truly, Ashley was SO very nice , informed, patient and helpful....we will definitely come back when we are ready to purchase more furniture.

My wife and I have shopped at Scandinavian Designs for over 30 years. Styles change. Kids move out. Remodels. You name it. Our experience has been one where you're greeted warmly and the staff without being overbearing..... always right there with thoughtful advice, attention and a tape measure when we need one. The furniture is solid and well designed. I'm sitting at an office desk I bought more than 25 years ago. I'd add a photo, but it's a mess. Did I mention Karen? Our favorite assistant in the store! They're all great........... but, we've worked with her on nearly every purchase since moving to Sonoma County.

I've loved Scandinavian furniture for decades. It's wonderful to have a local Scandinavian Design store nearby. I love the woods that are used, real wood, not composite. Over the years I've bought several pieces. I just had a loveseat delivered. The guys were great, took their time and care in removing the old couch and reaching with the new one. Thank you Scandinavian Designs.

The manager at Scandanavian design went the extra mile to help fix an out of warranty chair. It was a favorite chair but well beyond warranty. He got it fixed without having to wait months for parts. We are so grateful... great products and service.

Chavez was so patient with me while I was picking my new dining set and living room set. I had gone to the furniture store 2x before but was unsure. Chavez gave a no pressure sales approach, accommodated a quick and easy delivery. Rey the delivery man was super sweet, along with the young man that came with him. Set up my space quick and easy.
