It's been almost a month since our new Hunter Douglas shutters were installed, and we are very pleased with them. Our experience with Discount Blinds throughout the entire process was great. Phil arrived on time for the estimate appointment and did a wonderful job helping us decide on the various options. His experience and design suggestions were greatly appreciated. Our custom-made order arrived in the time expected and installation was scheduled to accommodate us. Martín arrived as scheduled and did a terrific job completing the installations, having to navigate all of our furnishings. He was courteous and very conscientious about leaving our home clean (despite the rainy day). All necessary communications from Discount Blinds were timely. We feel we got great value and a better design compared to quotes from other companies.

I purchased new blinds and had them installed last month, Very reasonable prices and the service was great. They sent out someone to do the measurements at no cost, I chose the color of my blinds and three weeks later they were installed. Only gripe I have is they close at 4 and you have to leave work early to meet them at your house. The communication is excellent and they let you know what’s going on with your order. Definitely will do business with them again.

I wanted to share the outstanding experience that we have had with Santa Rosa Blinds. We choose to go there b/c of the great reviews. Arnold helped my wife and I find a solution for reducing the intense sunshine into our house during a visit to his store. We chose 5 automatic full length shades for our 5 patio doors. Arnold was so helpful working around our complicated schedule and completed a beautiful installation. We love the blinds and the way they work. After a while, we did have a minor problem with the automatic function of one of the blinds. Here too, Arnold was so responsive and helpful in arranging a solution for the problem. He obtained a new blind from the company and worked closely with us again to install the replacement blind. Arnold is very talented, flexible, reliable and trustworthy. We strongly recommend working with him.
