I'm writing this prior to delivery of my mattress but, the in-store experience with Ben was exceptional. He was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He acknowledged me as I walked in even though he was with another customer, saying he would be with me when he finished with the folks ahead of me. Seems pretty basic for retail, but to my experience lately, it's not. It really appreciated and set the pace of my experience.

Just bought a Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Hybrid from Mancini’s Sleepworld and had a great experience. The team was patient with all my questions, walked me through the differences between models, and helped me find one that fit both my body and my budget. Appreciated that they weren’t pushy and worked with me on financing options. Looking forward to the delivery and finally getting off my old mattress!.

So tired of online bed shopping! Wanted to be able to explore brands, try them out in the store. Mancini Sleepworld offers that opportunity. Due to my schedule I literally had 30 minutes to select such an important purchase. Ben was knowledgeable, experienced, efficient and I found the perfect bed quickly, confident in the process and so pleased with the service.

My husband and I had done a ton of research before purchasing. We went in with the intention of just laying on the full split king to see if we wanted that or the partial split and intended to complete the purchase online. Constance was just the best! She was so kind, welcoming and fun to work with. We decided that we would just do it there because we wanted Constance to get credit for the purchase. Constance was absolutely amazing! She treated us with care and compassion, helping us find the best solution for our mattress needs. I wasn't 100% sold on Sleep Number, but after trying several options, and Constance taking the time to go over every detail and answer all our questions, we settled on a wonderful new bed. Very excited for it to arrive - delivery time is reasonable, prices are excellent, and the service was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended.

Diana was incredible she told us she was a new sales associate but you would never know it. She was knowledgeable, kind and very transparent with the process. The entire team was incredible and the experience to finding our bed was actually fun. That has never been my experience but that speaks for the company.
