Jessica was professional, efficient, reassuring, and actually fun to work with and she seamlessly handled my claim from start to finish-- all I had to do is report it to my insurance. When I had to be out of state when the claim was approved, she and Ben, also wonderful, picked up my car and delivered it when it was done-- I didn't even have to be there! I came home to a beautiful new car with the accident a thing of the past. Thank you Cline team.
