They assessed the damage thoroughly and provided clear, honest recommendations. The new glass they installed is of excellent quality, and the workmanship was impeccable. Beyond the glass replacement, they also surprised me by replacing some old window handles that I thought were no longer made, and they expertly repaired the tandem rollers on our sliding glass doors. Russell's 30 years of experience was invaluable; he provided economical suggestions that worked perfectly and saved us a lot of trouble. We ordered all new windows through Rick at Northwest Exteriors and was very happy with the process. Their bid came in thousands lower than other bids and they were great with communication. Bryce was the main installer for the job. He was quick, clean and respectful of our home. I have and will continue to recommend Northwest Exterior for window installation to family and friends.

We are very happy with our new James Hardie siding installed by Northwest Exteriors. The material makes our home feel new and more modern, weather and pest proof, and we feel more protected from potential fire threats as well. Northwest Exteriors was professional and communicative, and even when we had a few small issues after the initial installation, the team made a concerted effort to make things right for us. We are very pleased with the product and with the company thus far!
