Definitely definitely recommend. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and even let me see first hand exactly what was going on with my car so I knew what I was dealing with and that I actually really needed it. Was huge for me to be able to see it myself and felt so much more comfortable making the decision to spend what was needed on my vehicle. Plus their price was very fair and their customer service was amazing. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, understood everything, and kept in communication with me the whole time (which was completed in a very timely manner). Thank you for everything and definitely bringing both my vehicles here from now on.

Whenever I take my car to Santa Rosa Transmission & Car Care, I get nothing but courteous and professional service. They not only address and take care of the current issue at hand, but, after discovering other issues that need to be addressed and fixed, discuss this with me, giving me the option of getting it/them fixed now, or in the future. The Santa Rosa Transmission team was incredibly helpful getting my car back in shape for an emergency trip out of town. Went WAY above and beyond, even making a special pickup arrangement that required extra work on their part. Fast, friendly, quality workmanship and a fair deal price wise.

I came in to his shop with a car I had just gotten. There had been some issues with the car so he checked it out and told us what needed fixing then he noticed that we needed a smog check and was really helpful by doing that for us. The service there is awesome and everyone is really welcoming :).

My family and I left San Francisco and I heard a scraping noise upfront on the truck. We got to Santa Rosa and Alex was able to get me in on a Friday while traveling. The brakes on my truck went metal to metal due to a bad caliper. l can't say enough about them. They went above and beyond.
