ECONOMY LOCK & KEY REVIEWS

Tyler went above and beyond to make me 18 keys, 3 rekey and one pick very close to the hours of closing. He stayed late to get it done. He ran into some issues he wasn’t familiar with while working alone but explained the issue to me and together we came up with a solution. This is why I always come here.

Very knowledgeable locksmiths. I was trying to install a new lock that wouldn’t fit due to the inset of my current deadbolt. While he tried everything he could including a large amount of Jerry rigging the internal mechanics it just wasn’t meant to be. In the end they ended up rekeying my current deadbolt which was an affordable $40.

The service was fantastic, the gentleman who helped us was very helpful, quick and obviously knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

BILL'S LOCK & SAFE SERVICE REVIEWS

Talk about great customer service - we appreciate this company so much! After having an emergency at our business happen late in the day and not knowing if we would be able to lock the front door, office manager Austin coordinated and Aaron showed up to save the day. Many thanks from all of us. Highly recommend this company and their great work.

For $20, and in only 10 minutes, Martin and Jesus were able to grind off my Kryptonite U-lock that was locked under my bike seat. They were really fast, super friendly, and really professional. I will go there in the future for anything else I can give them business for.

Aaron was super great and was able to help me with my issue. Great customer service.

REDWOOD LOCK REVIEWS

I own Elite Auto across the country in Green Bay, WI. I reached out to Thomas about a Key I needed programmed in a VW CC. He was quick and easy to work with through the whole process! Not to mention their more than fair pricing for their excellent work! I appreciate your time Thomas & Redwood Lock Crew! You guys are awesome!.

Brave kind souls who reopened next door after a fire at previous location. I was treated with respect and honesty by a friendly staff. The shop dogs all greeted me with love. Knowledgeable staff helped me with my issue and I recommend this family owned business.

They are amazing! We had to have the lock replaced on one of our truck doors. Redwood Lock is currently working out of an RV because their building burned down. No stopping them. Our truck was fixed in less than 3 hours. We take all of our lock needs there and always will. I wish them a speedy recovery.
