ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.

I brought in a Rolex GMT Master to be refurbished. It was scratched and the dial did not screw in. The watch was very worn! They were incredibly helpful in the store to take my watch and have it sent out. They communicated with me during every step to keep me informed of the progress. I received my watch back in better than new condition. I swear, I didn’t think it could look this good. I highly recommend ER Sawyer for the expertise and customer care along with their beautiful selection of jewelry in store.

Beautiful pieces and I always have a great experience when bringing in jewelry for repair/cleaning/adjustments! Most recently I needed several delicate bracelets re-sized and repaired and Christine took the time to consult on each one with me and make sure I was happy with the result. The pieces all look like new - fantastic work.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a birthstone bracelet for his Mom's 80th birthday. After having no luck at several jewelers we found Design Jewelers in Montgomery Village. Ken and Cindy were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They made some great suggestions and created a beautiful custom bracelet for us. We'd highly recommend them.

Ken did an excellent job at taking my design ideas and helping bring it to fruition. Once again he has proven not only to be knowledgeable, but trustworthy in creating the jewelry piece of my dreams. I would not hesitate to recommend him to all my friends.

Design Jewelers had absolutely gorgeous Jewelry. Whether you are looking for something simple and elegant or a creative piece of wearable art work - they have it! My husband had the best time picking out my engagement ring with plenty of help- it was easy, and there was no pressure to get anything he didn’t want. We also got both of our wedding bands from them as well- every time I go in they offer to clean my rings and make sure everything is still in place. It is a family run business and everyone who works there could not be nicer or more helpful.

Mark and his team truly went above and beyond every step of the way, from helping us pick out and design my ring, to having it custom made, engraved, and shipped to us.
