3 Best Apartments For Rent in Santa Rosa, CA

I was given a property tour at this is a beautiful Apartment Complex. It has a great location tucked away from traffic. Very easy to get to from HWY 101. There are so many features like a dog park, a jungle gym, pool, hot tub. The only reason I did not rent that day is because they are very limited and my interest was leased. Stephanie was the office manager I met with and she was great! I brought my children with me and she was friendly and informative, and took the time to explain everything. Thank you so much Stephanie! This was a 10/10!

Review is for tour ONLY! I saw Vineyard Creek posting rentals on Craigslist and decided to book a tour. Kamaren was really friendly and showed me around the apartments, not once but twice! After my first tour I realized a three bedroom was out of reach, so when she called to follow up after the tour, she offered to show me their available two bedrooms. Fortunately, I came across a three bedroom that was financially in reach for me. So when Kamaren called to follow up after my second tour, I let her know. She was so understanding! I’m grateful for her time and I would definitely consider these apartments in the future.

Wonderful maintenance staff! Whenever we put in a work order they quickly send someone out to address it and they are always super kind and professional. Most recently we had Antonio out here fixing our garbage disposal. We called it in at 4:47 pm yesterday (right before they close for the day) and he had it fixed by by 9 this morning. He’s been out here a bunch of times to fix little things and he’s always been awesome.

Maintenance is always prompt with my requests, and though I’m rarely home when they come in they are respectful and courteous. I’m very comfortable with them entering my apartment when I’m not in. I’ve been here almost a year and am very satisfied with the management team. They are also respectful and friendly.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank Ryan McNab, I went in without an appointment and she was super nice and patient with me, even though she was almost leaving for the day, she showed around and I have an apartment to move into next month. Thank you so much Ryan, you are amazing!!!!

I’ve lived here over 9 years and it’s one of if not the best property management offices I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. DeeDee, Ryan and Rosio in the front office are always eager to help. Rueben, Jonathan comprise the Top-Notch Maintenence team and keep the property looking fab. Maintenance repairs are few and far between and always handled in a timely fashion. Really great place to live!
