Gregg, our salesman, was excellent. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful; but never overbearing or pushy. He gave us plenty of time to look around and try out furniture without hovering. He had lots of good advice and thoroughly answered our questions and concerns. When we were ready to make our purchase, he was efficient and careful to explain what to expect throughout the process. We will be back to see Gregg for our future furniture needs.

I found exactly what I wanted! Jeanne Hooks was very helpful...informative and so sweet! We enjoyed the experience even more because of her. Also the fact that the Norfolk sectional was in stock was a huge plus!

Jim was exceptional, he was there when we needed him and left us alone to discuss options when appropriate. Can say enough about his help, great experience overall.
