We feel very lucky to have gotten Leslie Nye as a sales person! She gave us information on recliners when we first arrived, then gave us plenty of time to meander and try out different chairs. When she checked back in with us, she gave us better information on selecting chairs that fit our needs, then gave us a little more time to narrow down our choice, then expertly lead us to our purchase, and we are very excited to get our recliners! While there, I was able to observe some of the other staff, and I can't tell how happy and lucky we are with Leslie! She is a great asset to the Fort Collins location. The showroom is beautiful with so much to choose from.

We are remodeling our home and furnishings are on the list. Karen has been great to work with, she is friendly, extremely helpful, and patient as I’m currently gathering ideas and information. I did purchase a small decor item and am happy with the purchase.

The person that sold us are recliners is wonderful. They had a good selection. The only complaint that we have to wait approximately 7 weeks to 7 months to receive our recliners. That just seems a little too long for being a company that's so big. Especially when your customer pays cash.
