There really isn't enough that can be said positively about the professionalism of AllGuard! I was connected with them through the roofing company who replaced my roof as a result of the hail storm this past July. The sales rep, Lucas, took his time to answer all of my questions and follow through on all commitments he made. The owner, Brian, came out himself to measure and meet me. Again, his commitments were fullfilled.....communication, orders, installation dates. The installers were also timely, polite, and professional! They were courteous about watching all entries and patient with my three dogs. They cleaned up after themselves and respectful of my property. I am absolutely thrilled with the five windows they installed....especially the picture window. The features on all windows are high quality. I decided to purchase an additional storm door for my deck the day after installs completed. Their payment options were very workable. Thank you, AllGuard staff, for adding value and beauty to my home with such a positive experience.

Kevin Fulton, representative for Champion Windows, is DA MAN!! Kevin's presentation was on point!! He did not rush the presentation nor did he draw it out. Kevin covered every aspect from how Champion Windows started, what their philosophy is about, and how their philosophy drives the company to excel in producing a high quality product at a reasonable price. Kevin would pause his presentation and ask us if we had ANY questions. Kevin would not continue until all of our questions were asked to make sure we were comfortable. He was extremely transparent and didn't attempt to hide or evade any of comments or questions. Kevin is definitely a great example of how to present a product and not exaggerate just to make a sale. We are completely thrilled with our new basement windows. Champions process was very seamless. Their install contractor was so friendly, kind and so helpful. Their measuring contractor was very knowledgeable. They delivered and installed the window much faster than expected, getting them all done before winter. Overall, we would definitely recommend Champion again.
