I had a nightmare and Wes made it go away! I made the huge mistake of getting carpet from Lowe's. It was cheap and seemed easy to set everything up while I was there to get other stuff. I thought "why not give them a shot? It's only a rental." Labor day (2nd) at 1 pm, the day before the scheduled install. They call with a problem. They needed a 15' roll instead of a 12' and it would be an extra 5 to 7 days to get it in and they could get the install right away. Problem! I have new renters moving in on the 5th. So in a panic I drove to Carpet Mills and explained my situation to Wes expecting him to say "That sucks, wish we could help." Instead he grabbed an assistant followed me home, measured and rearanged the schedule with the office manager (real nice lady whose name started with a C) and have an install crew on their way today (3rd) at 11. I am beyond impressed and greatful for their (and the install crew who will probably have to work late on this one) efforts and help. Give them all a raise! They need 6 stars! I will be dwaling with Wes for all my future flooring needs. THANK YOU! P.S.- the installers did a great job too.

My husband and I worked with Wes. He was very helpful when coming to calculations and providing an estimated cost. He was very friendly and the workers did an amazing job on our floors. We would definitely be using this company again.

The crew was very fast and efficient. They got the two day job done in one. Wes, the company's representative was extremely helpful and he walked us through everything. Plus we love our new floors.

FOOTPRINTS FLOORS REVIEWS

We are SO pleased that we chose Footprints Floors of Fort Collins to install a tile floor in our upstairs bedroom and to tile the steps leading up to the bedroom. They were amazing! The owner, Aaron, stopped by periodically throughout each day to check on the work and the crew, (another) Aaron and Jairo did a wonderful job. They were all pleasant, courteous and dependable and always did what they said they would do. We couldn't be happier with the results. Wish I could give 10 stars.

So happy with Footprints Floors' work! Aaron and his crew are very professional, great communicators, and did a wonderful job restoring the oak hardwood floor in my 100-yr-old Fort Collins home. I especially appreciated their attention to detail. They hand sanded corners and hard to reach areas and replaced cracked floor boards. My house looks completely refreshed! When they were done, they cleaned up so thoroughly that I barely had to wipe down any surfaces. Would highly recommend.

Aaron and his team were amazing to work with. They communicated expectations clearly, finished on schedule, did beautiful work, and the cost was very reasonable. We couldn’t believe how well they tied in new hardwood to match our existing hardwood.

Best carpet shopping experience ever! Kristen spoke with me for a few minutes about my project and was able to guide me to options that I loved within 15 minutes or so! I wasted so little time wandering around looking for patterns etc! Fabulous installation by Matt and Joe who both went the extra mile to make sure my seams were invisible! Cannot recommend this place enough for those who want great service and a streamlined experience.

Meryl and others at Dale's Carpet one were incredible to work with on our project. She went out of her way to make sure we were had everything we needed to be excited about our project. Her suggestions and expertise went a long way to assist us on making confident decisions (tile selections and carpet selection). Carpet installers went out of their way to make sure the carpet was installed properly. Thank you.
