When we walked into Denver Mattress, we were ready to browse quietly and keep to ourselves. Tyson seemed to understand that immediately. He stayed available without hovering, answered our questions proactively, and even accommodated our delivery needs so our house guests wouldn’t have to sleep on a spare inflatable. We have different sleep preferences, and Tyson guided us to a mattress that works for both of us. Afterward, we did some research of our own and found that his recommendations lined up with expert reviews, confirming we made the right choice. Highly recommend Denver Mattress, and many thanks to Tyson for the attentive, efficient service. (Extra bonus points for cocktail bar recommendations.

My hubs and I decided to stop by Denver Mattress in Fort Collins, just to browse, as we’ve been thinking about upgrading our queen size bed to an adjustable king size bed. We were greeted warmly by Elton. We explained what we were looking for, as compared to the queen bed we have that was purchased from Denver Mattress five years earlier. Elton shared with us a couple of options that were very compatible with our needs and wants. Elton was not pushy or demanding, yet very professional and kind. Even though we were just browsing, we found exactly what we were looking for. We are excited to receive our new Split King, adjustable Purple mattress. Thank you Elton.

We had a defective mattress and had to return it. The warranty claims rep I spoke with on the phone made it seem like we would have to jump through hoops to get a new one. My husband and I visited the Mattress Firm store off College Ave. and Peter was AMAZING! He made our experience extremely hassle free, was very knowledgeable and patient with our situation. I only have great things to say about our visit. Thank you, thank you Peter for your hard work! We appreciate you greatly.

Devon at Mattress Firm was great! He was also knowledgeable about all of the products and helped me find the perfect bed without any pressure to buy. He was so accommodating when it came time to purchase- even when I switched my payment method twice and made him recreate the order- oops! The beds are so comfortable with great options, sleep trials, and warranties. Definitely a pleasant shopping experience!

Our sales person Devon was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the products that met our needs. He was personable and didn’t pressure us at all. Prices at Mattress Ling was reasonable for what we needed.

I went to buy a mattress today at America’s Mattress with trepidation because I am not a shopper and I envisioned having to try out a lot of mattresses. But as I walked into the store I was greeted by John who told me the pros and cons of just four mattresses. I was never overwhelmed and had good information for each mattress, so that I was able to make a decision fairly quickly. I was so happy about that and I like their exchange guarantee if it doesn’t work out. It was all in all a very good shopping experience and I came away with a new mattress! Thank you, John.
