Absolutely amazing experience with this shop! I brought my truck in for a rear end accident that occurred. They evaluated the truck within 20 minutes and wrote me a whole report on what was needed to be done for the repair. I was able to drop the car off same day for them to begin the repair. They had amazing communication and kept me informed on every step of the repair. If I had a question they responded within the day. Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with. Super kind and answered questions to the full extent. Kevin also was able to get the car completed for me earlier than expected! Definitely recommend this shop.

Great experience! Honest, professional, fair, good communications, and accommodating. The work on our vehicle was absolutely thorough and flawless. We would highly recommend Caliber Collision and if we ever have a vehicle in the future needing body work repairs we wouldn't go any where else.

Service was beyond exceptional. Everything was smooth and received a text on average everyday while my car was being repaired. The insurance company and Caliber handled everything. The only thing I had to do was explain a bit more what happened and pick up my car.

We were totally impressed from start to finish! Not only did Brian get our Model Y in within days of the incident but, finished early and helped us navigate getting a rental car. We will for sure recommend Carstar to everyone we know! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Service like this is so hard to find and totally appreciated. Thank you for restoring our car to better than new!

The results are fantastic!!! The quality of the work was impeccable! The customer service was top-notch. I was updated regularly on the status of my car. It was there for a few weeks, but at NO fault of Carstar! 100% of the delay was due to my insurance company and adjuster! I would absolutely recommend this business.

Brian and The Team were awesome. Super informative throughout the entire process. Brian helped time the repairs to coordinate with parts deliveries, really reduced the amount of time the car was in for repair. Assisted with the insurance claim process. They made the entire process and great experience.

I would not take my car anywhere else for body work. Their customer service was top quality. They communicated every step of the way so I knew exactly where my car was in the process and when I was going to get it back. In addition, they detailed it very nicely and uncovered a pair of expensive sunglasses I had lost a year ago and couldn't find. You will be in great hands if you take your vehicle to this amazing shop.

The Carriage team was awesome with my truck repair. The process was very smooth and estimate accurate. They kept me updated along the way and finished in a timely manner. The final product was amazing and they cleaned my entire cab area upon delivery. I would highly recommend the Carriage Shop for you autonomy needs!!
