I lost my Nissan Leaf key fob and they were able to replace it at half the cost of the dealer. They programmed the fob and made me a new key in less than 15 minutes. I did need to wait a few days to get the right key fob ordered - which I expected. Overall, I'm super impressed with how competent, professional and friendly they are. This was the first time I used their services. I will definitely be going back to them.

We scheduled with Keyway Lock and Safe via phone, and the person we spoke with was very responsive and helpful. We were able to schedule at a time that worked well for us. Joe came to change our locks. He was a great technician: Helpful, kind, respectful, and speedy. He even taught us how to use the electronic lock on our property. We would hire them again.

Jo was at my location within 10 minutes and finished replacing the lock on our mailbox shortly after! Friendly, transparent, and fast! Will be my go to service.

Thank you!!!! Yay!! My car started! Tommy was awesome, super nice and cool. My 17 year old goes ‘he is a great example of the kind of person I want to be in 15 years ‘ :) We live quite a ways from FC for them to have no problem to drive to far was incredible. Fantastic Service.

Tommy was SO kind and was very fast. Unlocked my truck in five minutes. Hopefully I won’t have to use their services again but if I do, I’d be happy to call them again!.

Would call again!! No one does it like Tommy does it. My man was quick with the service and much nicer than my last experience with on-call car services. Will be recommending to my friends in the future!.

Art was incredible! Such a life saver helping me get into my car after locking the keys inside ony lunch break. He was fast not only getting to me but getting the car unlocked as well. He was also incredibly kind and while I was hating on myself and being negative for my stupidity he was uplifting and helped keep a positive attitude. 10/10 recommend!.

We called 970 Locksmith on Monday morning, MLK Day. Due to the holiday, we did not expect an immediate response but they were at our home within an hour. The repair was complete in less than 30 minutes and the price was incredibly reasonable. We will absolutely use 970 Locksmith again and we would recommend them to anyone.

Our front door lock failed and Arthur came quickly, identified the issue and had us secure within an hour! Price was fair and I appreciate the quick, professional and friendly service. Easy to recommend.
