My husband and I recently stayed at the Hilton Fort Collins and Austin at the front desk absolutely made our experience unforgettable. We arrived in town earlier than expected, and he went above and beyond by allowing us to check in early without any hassle. This simple act of kindness was truly a lifesaver. Austin’s warmth and genuine care made us feel like we were visiting family rather than just staying at a hotel. His exceptional customer service and willingness to accommodate our needs turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. My family was in Ft Collins for a conference in which I participated. My hubby and kid enjoyed the amenities including the pool, nearby and hotel dining, and proximity to other local attractions (bike trails, CSU campus). As far as the amenities for my conference, the coffee and food were excellent, individual booth/display tables and conference display and A/V were very professional.

This was an unexpected stay because our dog was hospitalized at CSU Vet Hospital. The staff were so amazing and professional! The rooms were very clean as well as the lobby! We will definitely stay there again when we are in Fort Collins! Very impressed.

We stayed 2 nights on April 3rd and 4th because my daughter's kitty Foxy the Pirate Fox needed surgery at CSU. The room was clean and cozy. All the appliances worked well. The chamomile tea I got from the selection in the lobby was very comforting. The breakfast in the morning had nice offerings and was filling. I especially liked the scrambled eggs with gravy and the waffle. The location was also fairly convenient for getting to the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The hot tub was very nice after we spent most of Friday after taking Foxy in for his surgery at Meow Wolf Convergence Station. If we are in the area again I would definitely like to stay at the La Quinta Inn again.

The bed was so comfortable compared to other hotels we've been at recently. Check in was so quick. Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast was actually good! I'd definitely stay here again, I feel like we got a good value for the price.

Great location. Safe and clean. Loads of parking. Great hot breakfast, though I wish there was more than one waffle maker. Nice pool, indoor and outdoor. Quick check-in and check-out.
