My personal experience has been pleasant overall at Courtney Park. I will say the reviews are the reason I signed such a short 7-month lease, however that time has come to make a decision and it was easy to extend my lease another 12 months. This place has improved drastically in the 5 months I've been here starting with staff. The ladies in the office go above and beyond and communicate extremely well. kudos to Faith and Jessica for always answering calls and being in the office when needed. If you need maintenance, then you will meet Jamal who is respectful of your property and professional. I've only had one request and it was resolved in a timely manner. The property itself is well kept and maintained thanks to the Christian and the hired 3rd party landscapes. I do enjoy the location for its convent to Walmart, target, shopping outlets, restaurants and even emergency services. It's quiet area at night and well-kept parking lot when it comes to security. You must have your vehicle registered online so do that first day you get your key. I wish I would've posted a review of my first impressions/experience when moving in vs now because it's such a big difference in a positive way! I look forward to the next year and spending time with family and friends by the pool making memories. If you think Courtney is your place, I'd recommend giving the office a call to set up a tour.

The complex itself could use some work, but it’s not a bad place to live. Sydney in the office makes this complex one of the better places I’ve lived here management wise. She goes above and beyond to help those who come to her with a problem. She’s kind and constantly follows up on situations in all aspects!!!.

Sydney provides the best introduction to this apartment company. She treats you with a good attitude, and you can see how she addresses both your needs and those of other tenants, resolving their requirements. Thank you!.

HABITAT AT FORT COLLINS REVIEWS

Me and my partner have lived at Habitat for over a year now. We recently just transferred units in the complex because how satisfied we have been living here. No complaints. Management has been great. The maintenance team here as I'm sure you can see by other reviews are the best you can find. David and the rest of the team provide the best service we have ever had in an apartment... they serve a huge number of units here but still manage to make it feel very personable and like you are the only one needing help! It's rare to find service like this from my experience in apartments. They are very special people who truly care and we can not thank them enough for what they do for us.

The Habitat is a lovely apartment complex with lots of great amenities. The staff is responsive and prompt at resolving issues and maintaining facilities. The manager Angela was very knowledgeable and helpful during the move in process and my unit was clean, renovated, and ready for move-in at the start of my lease. I highly recommended this apartment complex!.

Me and my girlfriend recently moved into one of their larger apartments. While it was a bit of a process to get into it with salary verification and whatnot, Angela was a big help and very informative. The apartment is spacey and beautiful and the maintenance requests for small things were completed quickly and to our satisfaction. The pool, is a nice addition and parking is reasonable.

Management especially Eli has been very helpful and great! We definitely enjoyed our years of stay in FOCO because we lived at arbors. The place has always been safe for me and my family as well as very pleasant. We stayed mostly in our unit so we didn’t had the chance to use the amenities but I think areas are keep fairly well. We definitely treasured our experience living at Arbors!.

We are incredibly sad to be moving from the Arbors. Management has been attentive and wonderful and the maintenance staff have been nothing but kind and prompt with all maintenance related issues. We would renew our lease if our jobs were closer. I would recommend the Arbors to anyone looking for their next home!.

This place feels like home with so many amenities! It is the only apartment complex in Fort Collins with its own climbing gym and it is so quiet here! Close to all the nature areas, The beautiful Edora park and if you like trails, you will love it here! 10 minute bike ride to CSU:).
