I am a professional writer and I still can’t find the most appropriate words to explain how [Dedicated Towing and Recovery]’s involvement in my issues with a rental care company saved my vacation and my sanity. I had been engaged in a three-day-long ultimate test of patience trying to get a replacement rental vehicle and not only did [Dedicated Towing and Recovery] provide incredible towing services, which [they were] originally contracted to do, [they] went above and beyond to act as a mitigating agent between me and the other ‘parties’ to the extent that if it were not for [them], I don’t think the issues would have ever been resolved. [Dedicated Towing and Recovery] definitely took on more than [they were] expected to [and] made sure everything worked out for me and my daughter by delivering a safe vehicle and ensuring I got closure with the [rental] company. One of the most amazing acts of sincere caring for customers that I have ever seen…

My son got into an accident. We called and Dedicated was on the spot. The dispatch that took my call was amazingly polite and sent a truck right away. Once Corbin arrived he was great. CHOICE TOWING REVIEWS

Called the day before to confirm they had us on the schedule and would be on time. Driver called the morning of to say he would be on time. Polite friendly driver (Flipper) was personable and provided excellent service tow of our auto from our home to the auto shop. Bonus! Choice Towing also is a Business Member of Realities For Children which means that when I do business with them, I am helping kids in my community. Thanks Choice Towing. You are first class!

Dwight was awesome. We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly, professional, & get it done attitude. He gave us options, he made sure we got into the truck safely with the storm coming, and took good care of my Subaru. It was fantastic to have such a positive experience when in the middle of a flat tire on an extremely busy interstate road. I would highly recommend Choice Towing. If the other employees are anything like Dwight, you will be in good hands. In addition, Choice Towing had good communication once dispatched and headed to us. These guys were punctual if not early (i failed to look at the time) to get up the canyon and rescue myself and my bike. I highly recommend them for any of your towing needs!
