We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and still had to sit on al the couches to decide! Everything in the showroom was styled so well it felt like being at home. The wonderful sales team left us to sit and try out the different couches and chairs, just checking in every once in a while so we knew we could get help if we needed it. It was an overall great experience and I’d recommend this store to all my friends and family.

We were greeted at the door by Ashley and our shopping experience was excellent! We didn’t really know what type of sofa we wanted and we’re a bit overwhelmed by all the choices. With Ashley’s help we were able to find the perfect sofa! She was very knowledgeable with all the types of sofa’s and very patient with all our questions and concerns. We really enjoyed working with her and left feeling like we made a friend!

Bought 2 recliners 15 years ago and finally worn-out. Today I bought a new one and was able to pick up at the warehouse. Santa Rosa has a great selection and I have been impressed by the service and Patty got us taken care of quickly and my wife is using it today thanks to the warehouse being in town. They still had my information from years ago and quickly updated my new information and someday I will be getting a couch and love seat
