NoCO Custom Homes

NoCO Custom Homes was EXACTLY what we were looking for. We had never built a house, but wanted a custom one-of-a-kind forever home. After 30 years in the military, I’m not moving again, so it had to be perfect. And it IS, for us! From the unique floor plan which capitalizes on the views, to the quality of the finished product, we love it. Jason Jones (and Dani, Bailey, Marcial, and the army of others) personally made sure any issues were resolved and or explained. That was the key to our satisfaction…there were some rough spots and learning moments, but Jason and his team got us through by communicating and educating. I will never build another custom home, but only because this one is perfect. NoCO, Thank you and CHEERS!

NoCo Custom Homes (Jason & Dani Jones) completed building our new house in January of 2017. We have been in our new home for a little over two years now and we love it more & more the longer we are here. Jason & Dani have been great to work with. They are very professional, personable and knowledgeable. My wife and I would highly recommend them as your builder.

Jason and Dani were great to work with, communication was excellent, and they built us a beautiful new home on schedule and on budget.
