Very nice staff and informative about all kinds of mattress available. We spoke to Christine who was helping with selection and purchase process. No pressure at all for buying and trying out different mattresses. Prices are reasonable and easy to afford. All purchase comes with 12yr guarantee and one time exchange for another mattress with some fee.
