Silas was very quick in reply when I needed some documents and signature from him to provide to the office before the inspection. During the inspection, he is extreme thorough and was able to find things that can be improved or should be fixed. During the walkthrough at the end, he was able to show us everything that he found and explain to us why those issues are a concern and how they can be fixed. I would strongly recommend Silas for anyone who is looking for a home inspector.
