Nonprofit Home Inspections

Nonprofit Home Inspections came highly regarded by my real estate agent. It was a very good recommendation. I wasn't able to attend the inspection but it still went very smoothly. Tom was the inspector for my condo. Soon after he was contacted by my agent he sent me the payment link and the inspection agreement to sign. Tom also provided a very thorough description of the work he would be doing and not doing (because it is a condo with commercial units on the main level). I was really impressed that Tom went back to the condo to double check an issue in the unit. He also gave me some money back when he realized he didn't need to provide a service that was in the original scope of work. Finally, the reports were extremely thorough and easy to understand. They made it easy to determine the severity of each issue. I will definitely go with Tom again for future inspections. It was a painless experience.

Reggie came out to inspect a home we are buying. He did a phenomenal job! He was on time (early!), professional, kind, and thorough. We were very happy with the report and all of our interactions. We especially appreciate how COVID-cautious Reggie was. We would definitely use them again! I recommend them without any hesitation.
