Huge thank you to Aaron for being so communicative to me and being my biggest advocate when the company I rented a car from repeatedly failed to get a tow truck to my location after a hit and run. He called as soon as my ticket was received and did everything he could to keep me updated and made me feel so much more at ease. Thank you thank you I appreciate it so so much!!

East Coast went above and beyond to help us feel safe and secure after our accident. We appreciate Matt allowing us to sit in the safety of his vehicle and for driving us to meet our daughter. Matt also met us the following day for us to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle.

Willie went above and beyond when helping me tow my jeep. He pushed my car from the 4th floor of a parking deck by himself to load it into his truck. He was very kind and professional. I will definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow service.
