We are really happy with the blinds Jennifer suggested for our home. They look really nice and are high quality. I especially love the great warranty offered by budget blinds, being parents of young children who tend to test the durability of things. The installation guys were fast and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Tony came to our home with a variety of offerings; he was very knowledgeable but also incredibly personable, making us feel valued as a customer. They have a wide range of products, which can be overwhelming, but Tony seamlessly presented a few options based on our priorities. We appreciated his transparency in discussing the pros and cons of each product and manufacturer. Furthermore, Budget Blinds' flexible pricing demonstrated their willingness to accommodate various budgets. My experience, though not resulting in a purchase, highlighted their high level of professionalism, so I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for window coverings!

Product: great. Price: fair. People: friendly. Service: great. Agreements: kept. Who could ask for anything more? I did need them desperately for advice before leaving for a trip. They could not be bothered to return my call as it turned out because it was not in working hours so I had to leave my blinds open when I left on a trip. Later a man called and I expressed my dissatisfaction. He brushed it off. No apology, totally justified Point of view. Good product. Customer relations a bit sketchy.
