Arbors at Sweetgrass

Beautiful grounds, updated and spacious units, really friendly staff. Alexis who showed me my unit truly listened to my wants and needs with my new home and was a huge help! The pool is a great amenity in the hot Colorado summers. Washer and dryer in my apartment was one of the bigger selling points for me. Close enough to old town is easy to get to but not in the hectic traffic that comes with old town. Highly recommend The Arbors to anyone looking for a great apartment in a great community.

The gals in the office have been a pleasure to work with. We interact with them on a regular basis, they are very professional and organized. Maintenance gets things done in a timely manner and are easy to work with. The clubhouse and gym alone make it a very desirable place to live. The staff here are very friendly and have great communication skills. We love working with Arbors at Sweetgrass Apartments!
