I have rented many apartments thru out my life. I stayed here 1 year and really enjoyed my stay. I moved back to louisiana. Management was awesome and was not condescending like other past rentals I've stayed. April,Andrew, and Brittany are the best.
My family of 5 were residents for 18 months. Moving in Kellie was more than willing to make the process smooth and easy as we were moving long distance. Matt and the office staff were also great help when we had any questions or needed maintenance on our apartment. Friendly, neighborly, clean community, and a great upkeep! Great area of town, close to stores and businesses.
We have had a great experience with our Governor's Park apartment. The rent is very reasonable and the staff is very responsive to questions and maintenance requests. The gym is pretty small, but the pool is nice and the grounds around the apartments are well kept. It's also walking distance to Sprouts! Would definitely recommend.
