Thea's Landing Apartments

By far the best apartment complex around. Staff is great. The building is well maintained and beautiful amenities. I left the building after a year to move to another town but when I moved back to Tacoma, Brandi made my move back in super easy. 10/10 would recommend. The train is sometimes loud, but you're in the city and you get use to it.

Thea's Landing is by far the nicest apartment complex I've ever lived at. The community is great and the staff is super friendly. The importance the place on knowing their tenants really makes you feel at home and a part of the community around you.

I’ve lived at Thea’s Landing for three and a half years now and can say that I absolutely love it here. Open floor plans, stainless steel appliances, maintenance on site daily, leasing staff on site daily, dry cleaning pick up, package lockers, gym, cardio room, dry sauna, and BBQ grills are only some of the amenities here.
