The sales person was friendly, helpful, and in sync with my needs and desires. I appreciated her attitude and willingness to listen. I am delighted with my new La-Z-Boy recliner and wedge table! The delivery went smoothly and quickly. Delivery people were speedy and efficient. They gave excellent service and kept me informed regarding arrival, too. I’m a happy customer.

Worked with Wendy and she was amazing! She worked with me to find the perfect chair and was very dedicated to help find the best fit for the needs I had. I went with another brand in my last purchase over a la-z-boy as the wait list at the time was a few months and I couldn't wait that long. it lasted just long enough to be outside of the couple year warranty before critically failing. Worked out in the end, I have a better chair then the original one i was looking at and got to work with amazing people in the process. Looking forward to enjoying my chair for a long time to come.

We’ve had an excellent experience working with the design experts (Candy and Lydia) at the Lakewood La-Z-Boy store. In addition to sharing their own expertise, they listened to us and worked to meet our goals. Also appreciate their responsiveness and overall customer service. Can’t wait to see it all come together in our home.

The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly! We found decent collection of patio furniture, and they helped find out the "out of stock" items at nearby locations and confirm it for us. We love shopping here especially for the house decor items. The prices are marked reasonably, I've compared the prices online with other stores on few of the items, and World market was reasonably priced. We also bought faux flowers and plants for our elopement wedding, and made a simple DIY arch. It was perfect.

Service is always great, they have some interesting products and helped us out with a sale item they had sold out of. In an attempt to make our home feel more like home and blend our styles, we’ve been on a hunt for a shower curtain that we both like (random, I know!) and thankfully they sold us the floor model and I absolutely love it! Prices are a little high on some items but there are more than enough other items within what I personally think is a ‘fair price range’ so I’ll always be back to check out what’s new.

Cool store, lots of fun, unique items especially in the food section. Workers were helpful we called ahead asking for a product we saw online and they were knowledgeable and we were able to drive to the store and get it. Only downfall was the long checkout lines with limited cashiers.
