I had an existing small deck I wanted to have replaced with some good quality hardwood. Samuel Garfield came out to give me an estimate to replace my existing deck with a good quality composite product. Although I really loved the size of my existing deck, Samuel understood our needs and helped design a layout that worked great for both my wife and myself, shrinking it to fit our budget. My existing wood deck was 3.5 inches, and my new composite deck is 5.5 inches so we saved a lot of money on material and hardware. Dark Cocoa is mold resistant and cooler on your feet than wood. Thank you Samuel for educating us with your products and being a true pro.

It WAS a time lag between my first phone call to Milgard, and the rep coming to inspect for warranty and sizing, and the arrival of the replacement windows. BUT, the rep checked ALL of our windows (not just the two I had marked with post-it notes). And when the installers arrived with the replacement windows, we were pleasantly surprised to see they had 4 replacement windows. The installers were professional and clean - and they even stepped over my little starting-to-bloom carnations that were right in their pathway to our large front picture window. I'm more than willing to trade a little time wait for a great Lifetime warranty window replacement.

We installed 21 Milgard windows and 3 sliders 18 years ago and have been extremely pleased. Over the years, several windows lost their seals and showed internal fogging or fading. When contacted, Milgard Lifetime warranty was fully met and all suspect glass were promptly replaced. The maintenance team that replaced the glass was efficient and cordial. Highly recommend Milgard windows to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.
