TRUE BUILT HOME REVIEWS

As the first customer for True Built's Seaview model, I was expecting some unpleasant surprises since there was bound to be a learning curve. To True Built's credit, the building process was remarkably smooth and the end result is an amazingly beautiful home. My experience working with the team in the Tacoma office is that they are very competent and truly care about doing a quality job. I particularly want to thank Andy who dealt with up-front sales, Paul James for customizing the stock floorplan, Mia who offered excellent advice on design options, Jason for keeping small issues from growing into big problems, Mike and JC who managed day-to-day construction, and last but not least, the variety of subcontractors that had to cope with winter weather at 2000' elevation.

So far we are impressed with True Built Homes! Joe got us off to a great start with his creative design ideas and helpful referrals (like an electrician). My wife and I have been impressed with his responsiveness, even answering questions off hours during what can be a stressful time. To help us with floor planning ideas, he drove over 100 miles on a weekend to show us a house under construction in Vancouver, WA. That level of dedication and customer service is amazing!! We are in the foundation pour stage and are happy with our selection of TBH.

We were impressed with True Built's ability to bring our vision to life. They worked closely with us to incorporate our ideas while offering valuable suggestions along the way. The project went as scheduled and on budget and our home is just gorgeous. Thanks.

My wife and I are in the process of building their Alderwood model. We just started. We have few months to go to finish. The work so far is on time, communication with Coval is excellent, especially with our project manager, Clif, they are kind and informative. Our house looks more beautiful than we expected. Thank you, Coval, keep up good work, and communication. Good communication is a key to customer satisfaction! Juro and Jacki.

When my husband and I were ready to build our home we looked into a few home builders. We picked Coval because the people were responsive and knowledgeable. The quality was higher end than the other competitors. We built the 2301 Alderwood and are very happy with the completion of our home. From foundation to carpet Michelle had our home built in 115 days. If you ask me that is fairly fast! She was very helpful and on top of all the projects. If we ever chose to build a house again we would definitely pick Coval! Thank you a beautiful home.

Staff was always pleasant and helpful throughout the project. And, despite a very rough start and a project manager they had to let go, they resolved the issue to get our project moving forward. Coval's new hire, project manager, Clif Kincaid quickly got our project going and completed. He was personally very responsive to issues as they arose, soothing our fears caused by the previous project manager, he was a real class act.

So far, everyone has been wonderful throughout this process. We haven't started building yet, but everyone from sales, engineering and design has been prompt with their responses and thorough in answering my MANY questions. I'd like to give ab extra huge shoutout to Tommy Rosamund - everyone's been wonderful, but Tommy has gone the extra distance to make sure this has been an enjoyable and informed process for my husband and I.

Josh White was our Project Manager when we had our home built by Reality Homes in Kingston, Washington a couple of years ago. He was very easy to work with, kept us informed of progress and answered all of our questions (we had tons) as the build went along. Most importantly, whenever we needed to contact him and left a message, he responded back promptly.
