Downtown Tacoma, clean rooms, great view of Mt. Rainier - or "The Bay". Full bar and restaurant with great food options. Service was exceptional throughout all our interactions. Beautiful glass artwork all through the hotel. Good parking. Great value for what we think is a premium property.

Room was clean and nice. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The gym was clean and machines worked well, they have cold towels, ear buds, and a water machine in the gym.

The bar staff is amazing! Always top service and good conversation. I visited again today on Saturday.

I had a show at the Tacoma Dome I had to work for a week and Chastity at the front desk was so helpful getting me checked in and making sure I had everything for the longer stay. they have onsite laundry and a great fitness room too! I honestly also cant say enough good things about their breakfasts! so many delicious options and biscuits and gravy to boot! I would Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

We live locally, but stayed here through Christmas just to feel like we were going somewhere lol. I was surprised by how clean and nice this hotel is considering the homeless that have surrounded this area. The only thing i was a little disappointed with, was the breakfast. It wasn't bad, but I really enjoy bacon and sausage, they didn't have either. We'll be staying here again.

Loved the service! I had complications with getting charged 2 times for my room, but the front desk employee fixed it as soon as I brought up the problem with no trouble.

My stay was great due to guest services. The room was neat and clean but Roz at the front desk was awesome sauce. I had multiple request of Roz which she handled expeditiously all with a positive attitude. Hampton Inn, you all need to promote this lady. I've found in business the majority of success is acquired via people. #great experience.

My family stayed here for two week and everyone was amazing, helpful and always had a smile to greet us. From front desk, security, kitchen staff everyone thank you so much.

Surprised with the size of the rooms & I loved the lighted mirror & window covers. They allow as much natural light as you want or completely darken the room. I through some sound motion lights around the head board of the bed & gave the room some color therapy. The kids loved it. Also, the storages made it easy to keep the room looking clean while still having all your personal items at your fingertips & organized. Overall I give this hotel.
