Jared is my main jewelry store. The Customer service, there is beyond amazing. I would like to share my experience with Bill and Roman in the Tacoma store. They give Great customer service they always go out of their way for their customers . They make you feel so important. Their knowledge is beyond remarkable. They’re an asset to the store. they could definitely go out and teach 101 classes for Customer service.

Elke at Jared jewelers was absolutely amazing!!! Her customer service was bar far the best I have ever had. She helped us pick out our engagement setting and diamond studs. Throughout the whole process she was patient and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We had the best service with Elke! She always remembers us when we come in, and is so knowledgeable and helpful when we are trying to make decisions. Working with Elke feels like working with family, and makes us want to return again and again.

This weekend I had the pleasure of trying with a ladies in the zales store in tacoma mall. She is always the sweetest lady and the best zales employee i have ever worked with. I can't remember her name but the only people in the store was her manager Arien and an Asian lady. She was the best and helped me find the perfect ring without being overly pushy like normal Jeweraly places. Her manager was amazing as well.

Laura was absolutely amazing helping us find the right engagement ring! She listened to all my wants and concerns and we found something I absolutely love, fast! She had great customer service and was very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Zales and Laura.
