My wife and I loved living at The Henry for the last 4.5 years! The leasing office was always available when we had questions or needed their help. We never felt like we were a bother and it was clear that they genuinely care about their residents. The maintenance team was similarly responsive to answering maintenance requests quickly, no matter if it was something major or something as simple as replacing a light bulb. We will definitely miss Edgar! The apartment building is super pet friendly and we loved having access to the dog park on the roof when it was rainy and we didn’t want to deal with grassy, wet paws! Brandie will also always make sure to give treats and love to every dog she sees too!.

I can't say enough about the current management at The Henry's! They are professional and personal, knowing every tenants name and their pet's name and genuinely caring about each tenant. First impressions are everything and Melissa exudes happiness and never gives the impression this is just her job!! If you have any issue or maintenance need or just a general question, things are handled quickly and professionally. There are monthly social gatherings that allow tenants to mingle and get to know one another and make new friends. Very pet friendly and all are welcome!.

My partner and I lived here for 1.5 years and had nothing but the best experience. Management was so incredibly helpful, quick with their communication/resposnive, always friendly and flexible! Towards the end, we had some complicated changes come up and management was totally understanding and willing to work through everything with us. Also, love the location/amenities! Great place for a family and animals.

The moble app was also great for open communication and documenting issues. And my neighbors were super nice and we never had issues. If I move back to Washington, Thea's Landing is at the top of my list for places to live!.

This place has it all, great location, great management, great views and super convenient to bus/train/light rail transit. It also has great extras like a dog washing station, dry cleaning pick up and delivery and beautiful community room. Its really nice to live in an area that the rest of Tacoma comes to for special events and enjoying the outdoors!.
