Went in today to get a mattress for my daughter, and was met with the amazing and friendly lenae! She was extremely helpful and with that also was personable and all around just made the whole experience feel like you were talking with a friend! She wasn’t pushy, She gave me great options and helped me navigate my payment plans very clearly unlike some other places have! Iv been to a lot of mattress places to look around recently and I can confidently say lenae is and was the only sales rep that made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision! If you’re going to buy a matters head to the Tacoma mattress firm and ask for lenae! I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Lenae was fun to work with! Super personable, She was very knowledgeable on her products and gave great recommendations. Once we picked what we wanted, she gave easy to follow instructions. She let me haggle the price down a bit too, on what she could. She couldn’t on pieces where the prices were locked in. Thanks Lenae! You have 2 happy moms and new baby coming soon.

One of the best "sells" shopping experiments I've ever had when shopping for home goods! MiyAndre was one of the nicest and most informative reps I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Truly an asset to MattressFirm! He asked us all the questions and took us to 2 perfect mattresses for us to choose from! He was very knowledgeable and definitely deserves the term Sleep EXPERT.

Jonathan is the BEST!!! He was soooo patient and funny while showing the best mattresses at my price point. I have shopped around at other stores but since he was patient with me while I hemmed/hawed at multiple mattresses - he for sure won my respect. If you need a mattress, go see Jonathan — you will not disappointed.

I’m so glad I stopped into Mattress Depot. Shawn and Dwayne were beyond helpful and very patient with me. I had a hard time deciding and they just supported me every step of the way until I was comfortable with my decision. Highly recommend! I’m very grateful.

Shawn and Dwayne were awesome. Dwayne greeted us at the door and Shawn gave us a great deal on our new mattress. All in all it was a great visit and we're leaving happy.

AMY'S CASUAL COMFORT ON 6TH REVIEWS

New to Tacoma and looking for a nice futon for my son’s bedroom, I ran across this place quite by accident. We arrived just as the store was closing for the day, but Amy graciously welcomed us in and showed us the great selection she had in stock. After finding the right setup, Amy spent time helping us find the cover and explaining how to keep the piece in good shape for years to come. The whole time, she was totally attentive and so friendly - such excellent customer service I wish I needed more futons! Lol! The next day, we were trying to figure out how to get the furniture home, out of the blue she phoned to offer to bring it over. We were so happy and surprised by this - she really went the extra mile and then some, and we were so thankful for this unexpected act of kindness and generosity. We will absolutely be back, and I would highly recommend shopping here to anyone. If I could give her a hundred stars, I would.

I've been here a few times for futons but this time I went in for the sofa frame. It is spectacular and a beautiful piece of furniture but the best part..... Amy told me how easy it was to build and she was right! It really couldn't have been easier. Literally 8 bolts. Great store and amazing options!, love it.

Came in to check out the furniture in person after looking at their website. So friendly and helpful! They have some pretty cool furniture in there, I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.
