I had called another tow company at 5 o’clock in the morning and scheduled an 8 AM tow, when I called at 8:06 they told me the driver was 30 minutes out when I called at 8:45. They told me the driver was 20 minutes out and when I called at 9:15 to cancel the driver told me he was 20 minutes out when I called Genes towing the driver got there in under an hour. He was very nice and very quick. He brought the car to the destination, and I was still able to make my appointment although I was late due to the previous tow company. Next time I’ll just call Genes.

Called at 3:42pm on a busy Friday afternoon. When I called back at 4:38 because my mechanic was going to close at 5pm. they had already contacted my mechanic to make sure someone would be there to receive the car. I did not down grade them for time as I've waited over 2 hours before for a tow with another company who just kept updating, "We're on our way!" Once on scene the care was picked up quickly and on its way. Driver was friendly and courteous.

My driver was super professional. Obviously well experienced with the use of his truck. We definitely asked him to do some weird off-the-shelf things and he got it done for us! Everyone in the office was pleasant to deal with and the price was well worth what I got.

Hands down Burns Towing is the best towing experience I've ever had! My alternator died and my car wouldn't turn over. I was stressed about getting it to the mechanic and having to take a whole day off work to wait for a tow truck. Not with Burns Towing. Garret was very helpful when I called. He walked me through what to expect, gave me a quote, and set a time that worked. Garret called with updates on the day of and sent confirmation texts so I knew exactly when the driver would arrive. Driver Cat called when she was 5 minutes away and arrived exactly at our arranged time. This made the whole process stress free and easy! Cat was friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe and secure through the entire process of picking up my car. She took great care getting my car on the truck. I will only use Burns Towing from now on.

The tow truck driver Cat was on time professional and went above and beyond. She even was willing to park my wifes car in our car port that was difficult to get access to due to a back ally. If her manager sees this you have a diamond as an employee.

Great business, was quick to pick up our truck and the driver was so friendly. She was kind and thoughtful as well. Will definitely give them a call again!.
