I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caliber to get my bumper repaired, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They made sure to listen to all of my concerns and were genuinely focused on ensuring my satisfaction throughout the entire process communicating throughout. Not only did they take care of my vehicle, but they also handled all of the rental car and insurance paperwork and business details seamlessly, which made everything so much easier for me. I truly appreciate their dedication to quality service. Thank you for making the whole experience stress-free and for providing such excellent work! I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of autobody repairs.

Customer service was excellent! They were able to get me in next business day and had my car done within days! They kept me informed of the process along the way and did a thorough walk through when I picked it up. I had someone there to pick me up and take me to my rental and when I picked up my car I was able to leave the rental at Caliber. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Brought my car here after a pretty gnarly high-speed collision that resulted in nearly 8k in damages. My truck looks as good as new, and they completed the repairs faster than I expected. The entire process was smooth, and they kept me updated along the way. I highly recommend Hi-Tech CARSTAR for anyone needing reliable and top-notch auto body repairs.

Our BMW was involved in a hit and run. We were concerned it would be totaled and that was the last thing we wanted. Luckily Hi-Tech CARSTAR was able to save our beloved vehicle and made it look like new! They did a great job and kept us informed of the process along the way. We are very pleased and thank thankful! FIX AUTO TACOMA SOUTH REVIEWS

While driving in Texas I hit a deer and got the whole side of my truck damaged. I was able to drive to Washington and drop it off to get it repaired. I dropped it off on June 19th and with the help of Christina and Andrey got my truck back July 31st. There was a few delays with insurance but they were very persistent with them and got them out there as quickly as possible. I highly recommend them for any auto work you may ever need.

Huge thanks to Fix Auto Tacoma South for the excellent job and for helping me locate my car. The team was professional, responsive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great service — highly recommend them.
