I had all positive experiences. From the time I walked in to only take a look at the car to the time I received the keys. The team has that customer service where they care and want to do right by the consumer versus commission focused. I went to multiple dealerships looking at many cars and took months before finalizing my decision. Working with Dillon and Adam by far was a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again gentlemen. I love the new whip.

My car buying experience here was second to none, as was my exchange with the service department. I bought an older 5 series here with the help of Henry Winnett and the whole process was easy and speedy. Later on after the purchase, I noticed something mechanical that was missed during their inspection of the car. No big deal, mistakes happen, and sometimes things can get missed in a busy shop environment. I dropped my new ride off late on a Friday and they kindly let me use one of their loaner cars over the weekend. By Monday, I heard back my car was ready. They took care of my car for me no questions asked. Highly respect any business that is willing to take care of a client so well. Keith VanWinkle was my advisor and working with him through this was great. Henry, Keith, thank you both for getting me settled in my new-to-me car, I absolutely love it! Highly recommend this dealership. Great folks work here.

I highly recommend this location and getting a Subaru! I love this car! The team is beyond helpful and nice. Very trustworthy place. I had a great experience with Yoshy, Keith, and Jenny. Such a nice team that goes above and beyond! I’d definitely be a repeat customer and recommend to others. The service department has been very nice with putting my plates on and Jim explained things well and was an honest guy. Looking forward to many memories with a reliable vehicle.

Smooth and perfect. VIP KING (Mike) almost made us sleep the office for we did not want to go home because of his kindness and hospitality. I and Rachel give him a million stars. The Manager was great too. Keep it up Subaru Tacoma.
